    Why am I particularly excited about getting on my bike this year? Is it the age old New Year optimism and hope for that BBQ summer? Was it the effect of the STW Peaks Pootlers at the weekend? Is it the fact I've been out a total of 5 times in about 3 months and now remember that I really really like cycling?

    Or is it because work is so poo at the moment any distraction is welcome?

    Sadly I'm not *quite* there with regard to night riding in the rain. Hope it eases off soon
