Looks massive inside compared to outside! I need something like that.
My mancave is a 5x5ft cupboard in my flat that doesn’t even fit my bikes in properly 🙁

Doesn’t need building regs, I’ve checked.
    It’s essentially a glorified shed.
As for the wheels coming off, I dismantle the bikes and hide the pins so that if I’m burgled, persons can’t actually ride anything away….

Nice. I’ve just been given the go ahead to get our cellar done in the new year.
It’s only 4m x 4m, but I’m getting it tanked and turned into my Mancave™
    Can’t wait.

    Nice set up

I have a friend who freaks out whenever he sees World Champ stripes anywhere other than the current world champ. He’d have a breakdown seeing that.

Yes, building regs for a wooden shed, as it’s attached to the house, there is unfortunately no way to exempt it, and believe me, I’ve checked, thoroughly.

I’m dealing with a very similar shed now, and wish I wasn’t……

Would recommend a flashing asap by the way!

This, +1000. Where’s the dirt? The oil? The sawdust? I can smell that clean carpet smell from here, that’s not a mancave!

    It’s good, but needs Scalextric.

@trail rat It’s not detached, that’s the criteria you’d be looking for to exempt it.

If my shed wasn’t full to the roof of the aforementioned junk, dirt, grease, cobwebs and 2 skips worth of stuff that “might come in handy one day” then THAT sir, is how it would look. (well for a week at least!)

15 bikes in mine last time I looked. My 7 year old has 3 bikes – how the hell can that be right? 😳
    Need a clear out and a re-purposing!
Bloody chainsaws are catching up with bikes at the moment though 😕

Are you showing off your shed or the flashy contents?

It’s touching. It could be relocated if required.

Sancho, how is it stupidly easy to break into? No less secure than the average house unless of course your MO is to smash through a solid wall or roof…

    Burglar alarm

Ground anchor and motorbike chain would help with security

Looks good that, but as others have said sort the flue out soon!

OP: If it is attached to a dwelling, then it needs building regs. The electrical work will also require either proof it was installed by a Part P registered electrician or a self-certified electrician.

+1 on the need for a flashing at the wall abutment.

You just need a plume kit for your flue and then you could flash band your roof.Prefer lead myself but does cost more. Shed does the job tho
