I bought a pre-bled front disc kit and fitted it, ive not had chance to ride yet but the lever seems to have gone really spongy over a few days?

Any idea’s why this would be and what i could do to remedy it?

I had the same problem with my slx brakes,bought a shimano bleed kit from CRC at same time,quick bleed and top up the fluid,sorted! Guess they just had a bit of air in.

pity i aint got a clue how to bleed em

Go on parktool website, full video instructions, was dead simple, only one way to learn :-).

yeah i know might get a bleed kit and give it a go. learnt a lot recently trying to build my own steed. has gone well and i’ve got the building bug.
