We’re looking at buying a little des. res. in the Jubilee Rd area. The house looks nice enough but it’s been on the market for a long while. We’ll get it for a pretty good price but there are a few other houses around there that have been up for sale for a while as well. Quite along while to be honest. Is it a bad area to be buying or something?
    Thanks

Jubilee Street is mainly council/local authority housing. Maybe thats a reason?

I’ve not heard anything specific about that end of New Mills.

There’s stuff around these parts that has been on the market for years.

Seems to be a good time to buy at the right price imo.

i’m sure someone will be along – try this to see if people are reporting any stuff – i use to report fly tipping as saves trying to work out which council is responsible – but once had a look at what peeps round here had reported and there was some heated stuff especially about parking dogs noise etc

ooh, you and Pete would practically be neighbours. I saw a couple of 2up2downs on Strines Road which looked nice. They’d be well cheap now.
