That does look nice. Hope rear wheel/tyre clearance is half decent on the rear

PinkBike article suggests there’s room for 2.6″ tyres on the rear so sounds promising!

    Hmmmmmm

Had heard an unofficial word that this was forthcoming a few months ago, but wasn’t at liberty to say anything. But to see some actual prototype shots!

Clambering to get a go on it ASAP now! 😛

That looks a beast. TBH after every test ride I always think that Whyte are great at geometry and fairly bad at making bikes, so I guess we’ll see… Big tyre room is a nice addition, Plus is bollocks imo but normalfat tyres are grand, and this is .1 more.

bike looks very nice in the flesh

The overall was taken by the Matty Stuttard on the Hope HB211, there were quite a few of them about and they look good!

Not sure what happened to the new Marin- leigh Johnson retired with a mechanical?

I know it is so not fashionable question but is there mount for front mech?

Can’t see it on the pictures…

    Cheers!

Probably not, they have form on dropping it to keep the geo to their intentions

EDIT: Article confirms, there’s a pic and caption half way down

They feel very at home if you ride a T130 😀
