Unfortantely the whole thing is only actually secured by the lock on the right. So theres an incentive to steel the bike, and lots of locks.

Can they still be opened with a pen ?

No, they replaced the ‘suspect’ locks under a very good replacement scheme, I should know I got three replaced by them.
