    About to fit a new chain to my 29spd rig how do I know if the chain is long enough before younsay this is a custom build so no factory length chain fitted

    Around the large chainring and large sprocket (not through the mech) and add 2 links.

    Pretty clever build to get 29 gears as well 🙂
