I am looking at installing a new boiler and tank in our downstairs utility room to power our new bathroom and heating system. We are going for an oil driven system, Worcester 25/32 Utility Boiler with an unvented 250 litre Megaflow tank. We have been quoted £5965 excluding VAT for boiler, cylinder and fitting. Anyone any thoughts on the system or price?

We were quoted £4200 for a WB 18/25 Combi in February of this year. That was including fitting in the same location as the current one and VAT

Have you looked at the wood pellet biomass boilers? You might even be able to get a grant for installing one?
