Looking like west is best for a spot of snowboarding tomorrow.

I’ve never been in the back corries at Nevis range but given reasonable conditions would like to give it a go tomorrow.

If Braveheart is not running is there much of a walk out or is it ski-outable if height is maintained towards exit to front of mountain?

Maybe it all makes perfect sense once there…

    Cheers.

Coming from Summit gully or such like if Braveheart isn’t running (and you’ve got about as much chance of catching it running as seeing Brigadoon) you need to boot uphill for 10-15 mins before you can ski or board round.

If dropping in to chancer etc you can just traverse skiers left at about the top of Braveheart.

Nice one thanks – that makes perfect sense looking at the piste map.
