    Grrrr

    Every time I try to login into this app it says offline. Going round in circles trying to resolve this issue.

    When I “wake” it the app works thats no use if out n about.

    Anyone experienced similar?

    ours went a bit loopy after an update a while ago, solved by rebooting – press the nest until it turns off (takes about a minute) wait 30 seconds then press until it starts.
