i’ve spent last night re-lacing almost the entire drive side of the wheel. 2 spokes ripped through and most of the others damaged by mech.

yeah, a grassy drop. does look steeper when coming in from the top. not gnarly but that is (his interpretation of) ‘freeride'( 8) ), hence the body armour (not on my part).

must say he is rather cliche; tatoo, full face, guards etc….. but he’s got a 2 month old so is now a little risk adverse.

still it’s all riding and that’s good, right?
