my daughters about to get started on a business making cakes. you know, birthdays, weddings, christenings etc. shes pretty sh*t hot at it even if i do say so meself 🙂

she was gonna call it ‘cherry on the cake’ but is now having second thoughts and thinking about ‘cakes by kym’ or something to make it sound more personal.

i know theres some pretty active minds on here, so i told her id ask you lot and see if you can come up with owt better 🙂

How about something geographical ie where she is? There must be somewhere nice sounding around where she lives or something. I guess she’s after local business more than anything, so that might be a start and make people remember a local business rather than a person’s name.

I presume she’s going to have some sort of online presence, even if just a single page with contact details, so I think sharing a name with an identical business isn’t a recipe for success regardless of whether she’s been given the go-ahead or not.

I don’t know about others, but if I could remember a distinctive name and wanted more details I’d google it, but I’d end up with someone elses page top of the list.
