    Troll or ogre copy was my first thought but the dropouts are very different its 4130 and very cheap compared to surly or salsa

    Thatll be the surly then . Bit like an over priced american on one

    What do the drop outs look like ? They look like troll drop outs in the photo but its a very poor photo
