I’ve bought a 2nd hand tyre which has a folding bead and came folded. It also came with loads and loads of sealant on the bead.

I’ve used a rough sponge to remove the sealant and then discovered that the tyre has puckered around the bead on one side.

I don’t know if this has happened because it has been folded or if I have been too rough while cleaning the sealant off however…..

Can this be fixed?
