    Cottage cheese and kiwi fruit on a sun dried tomato foccacia bread, I have my butler cut the crusts off after he’s pushed my bike to the top of a run.

    Yesterday was pan bagnat
    Tuna chunks, radish, spring onions, salad, some green pepper, tomato and a bit of cumcumber 😀

    today I had two:

    1x Bacon, egg and ketchup

    1x T bone steak, tomato, fresh lettuce and pepper

    Both on a nice french stick.
