    Went for my first spin on Sunday – felt great (geddit…!)

    I think I’m going to like a bit of road cycling!

    Nice! I really like the look of those Felt’s, says “this is a race bike, it is very stiff, now pedal like you deserve it”.

    Fail on the pedals though!

    New pedals (and shoes) to follow soon – I had a spare pair of Candys and they fit my SPDs!
