    For some reason a month ago my knees starting really hurting on one of my bikes – but not the others. I imagine the saddle must have moved. But which way? If your knees hurt at the front is your saddle too high or too low (or too far back/forward).

    It’s usually when it’s too low for me.
    Seatpost slips a little and the first I know about it is unexpected random hurty bits.

    You could try putting a bit of tape around the base of the post to see if it shifts?

    yes, yes i did.
    and im suprised the obvious jokes havent been made.
    tape idea is a good one though, gonna try this myself.
