I’ve replaced everything off various off the peg bikes before. This is the first bike I’ve built myself from the frame up and I’d never realised how satisfying it is! Not bothered about logo alignment 😉

Yeah the brake hoses are a bit long but I’m waiting for the olives before I shorten them.
