So I got the inbred and pair of Trek forks out, preparing for a swap when I found/remebered my old Kona Roast frame lurking at the back of the shed. An hour of fiddling and rummaging in the spares box has got me this far with everything but the wheels not coming of another bike. In fact if I fit a narrower rear tyre those wheels will fit so I can use them on this bike as well as my inbred.

Let's see I already have some pedals with a choice of honking great flats or putting some platform-less spds on the inbred to free up my old DX spds, I have an STS chain tenssioner and a roller that will allow BMX chain through (screw on freewheel on the rear hub) so all I actually need are some grips, a BMX chain and a pair of disc brakes that will fit the 160mm rotors on the wheels. Mwuhahahaha! Ahem.
