    Hi all

I’ve got these mushrooms in my garden….

Can anyone tell me if they are poisonous?
There’s zero chance that I’m going to try eating them but I’ve got two small grandchildren who use the garden, if they are nasty I will hoof them in the slats and get rid! 🙂

Red cracking boletes I think. Not poisonous, but not very nice to eat as they apparently go a bit soggy. Relation of the cep/porcini.

The worrying part of that sentence is the ‘I think’ bit. 😉

I’m so innocent that I had to look that up! 🙂

I’ve had a look underneath and it has loads of holes like those Boletes so that looks like the winner. I’ll let them live under the trees.
