    Nuts, yeah I forgot to mention nuts. I can easily get through a 500g bag in a day.
    I don’t do much cooking, most of my dinners are simple stuff like beans or spaghetti on toast. Simple food, just lots of it.

    Fittest person i know is a vegan.

    The only person I know who could beat me at both endurance cycling and weightlifting, although he’s a roadie, so it’s not a direct comparison, is another vegan. 😀
