I got told off last night as my turbo trainer woke up our 7 week old daughter.

I have it set on a rubber mat on a carpeted floor. Using an old road tyre. Would a large carboard box with some kind of foam liner help muffle it or is there a simpler easy solution I should try. Any suggestions to help further reduce the noise and vibration and keep peace and harmony in the household?

what kind are you using? fans are the worst. magnetic are pretty quiet.
i used to make more noise though when training than the turbo 🙂
