    Hi
    I am needing accommodation for 10 MTBers to celebrate a birthday from 1st to 3rd July. Preferably around Coniston,Ambleside, Windermere. Struggling to find somewhere with storage

    Left it a bit late tbh, that’s first week of scots school holidays.

    Absolutely no use directly for you but might be worth also checking – we stayed at Laggan village hall a few weeks back – slept in the hall on the floor but had the place to ourselves with a full fitted/equipped kitchen, plenty of rooms, showers and toilets…it actually was superb and cost a princely sum of £12 per night per person.

    Laggan is obviously no use to you but might be worth seeing if a few villages have halls they can rent out for the weekend so you can camp there.
