Been wondering about a little trip to south wales and was thinking about going for some natural trails instead of the trail centres. These are the routes I’ve had a look at so far, any recommendations?? I’ve heard good things about the Gap. Also, is there anywhere i can get the routes from, would be good if I could download a .gpx file from somewhere.

Contact Pedalhead he did The Gap at end of April. I haven’t done it in about 20 years though.
