MTB accomodation questionnaire, please help

Sorry this is my first post but it was suggested by Chipps to post on here...so who am I to argue.

Ive been roped in to give a presentation (not my natural habitat) to potential accommodation providers on the new section of Pennine Bridleway. I'm to give the mountain bike riders perspective of what we require from them.
Doing some research it seems, safe cycle storage and bike wash facilities, are high up the list of must haves. I've added some more of my own, to help me get some feedback could you score them 1 to 10 with 1 being most important.

Lockable cycle storage

Bike washing facilities

Kit washing and drying facilities

Basic bike spares (tubes etc)

Easy Access to Pub/local amenities

Food and energy drinks for the next days ride

Drying room

Locally sourced food for evening meal and breakfast

Lockable cycle storage = 1. and I'll take my own lock

Bike washing facilities = 3.

Kit washing and drying facilities = 10. Always take spare kit

Basic bike spares (tubes etc) = 10. Always take spare on weekend away

Easy Access to Pub/local amenities = 1. If your not already licensed

Food and energy drinks for the next days ride = 10. I'd take stuff

Drying room = 10. See kit washing etc..

Locally sourced food for evening meal and breakfast = 5. Ideal but not essential

En-suite = 1. I don't like to share

TV = 10.

Others:-

Poss local route info/maps.
Friendly staff.
Reasonable prices.

There seems to be some confusion over the numbering - 5thelephant (and me) were ranking stuff from 1-10 and others are giving marks out of ten.

So it's - 1 is good, 10 is worst? OK, got it!

Twin bedded rooms. I have booked in several times into b&bs where I have made sure they understood it was a group of blokes who DID not want to share a bed, yet when we got there we ended up in double rooms with one in the bed and one on a camp type bed on the floor. OK we didn't have to share a bed but somebody in each room definitely got the short straw.
