  • MRP Stage fork axle binding?

    Hi chaps,

    My MRP Stage fork’s axle has started to bind in the fork, so that it gets stuck when trying to unwind it. I can free it with a firm tap on the axle handle, but I really shouldn’t need to do that.

    I’ve greased the threads and the axle, it that has no affect.

    Anyone come across this before? I’ve emailed MRP, but awaiting a reply at the moment.

    The cone bit on the axle gets stuck in the cone shaped hole in the fork leg. Try greasing between the two.
