Off on honeymoon today to Nevis and as it’s a volcanic island there are mountain bikes for hire and guides. Does anyone have any experience?

Also any general travel tips would be appreciated. It’s my first non skiing/climbing/mountain biking holiday so it’s taking me days to figure out what to pack for a beach holiday!
