Getting a little bored of riding on my own! Used to ride with MrsJ but first children then an achilles rupture has put paid to that. So most weeks or weekends I’m off by myself to the Dales, Gisburn or Peak District. I quite like riding by myself but would like a bit of company from time to time!

Does anyone know of any clubs or groups in the Otley/Ilkley/Wharfedale area that would be suitable for a overweight average rider?? Google only seems to bring up loads of road clubs. I’m slightly nervous of joining a group only to find they consist of super fit budding XC champions. I like a 3-4hr, 25-35km ride with plenty of downhills, and don’t mind pushing up the hills if there’s a good descent to follow
