    Got a set of revelations 2012-ish.

    Locked out on the dial is fully open, and fully open is locked out.

    Anyone seen this before and got a DIY solution?

    Are they new to you?

    Last new Revs I bought came with a bar mounted lock out. I swapped it for a crown lock out but I have the same problem as you, lock out and open don’t correspond with the graphics on the lever.

    No, had them a while. This behaviour is new though.

    What Damper? Is the tab in the same position as before?

    Sounds like the half moon at the bottom of the damper has moved – I just used pliers to move it back into place on my old Revs and Pikes.

    Finally got around to poking around at these to have a look.

    Disc at the bottom of the damper was rotated, bit like teethgrinder said…
