    group of 13, been let down by chalet **** at the last minute

    going out on 25 Jan, probably 4 nights

    Anyone care to recommend a place to try ?

    (we’re sort of committedish to Morzine)

    Have you tried the Solutions Room at Chalets Direct? Or the Owners Direct?
