Someone bought four items from me, having not seen pics or read description. Buyer agrees that they were described accurately, but wants to cancel 3 of four transactions. Grrrrr
    BUT
Is this a fast one – I need to cancel the transaction it seems on all four to then re-issue an invoice – seems a scam to avoid paying and being able to say ‘seller cancelled the transactions’….?

How do I leave negative feedback? Seems to be Positive or Later as options…

    Seller can’t leave negative feedback.

    How did they pay?

They didn’t – emailed and said description and pics were fine, thier mistake, but that they were not buying…

eBay don’t give a mint sauce about their buyers any more, buyers backing out of purchases without repremand is something you have to get use to if you continue to sell there!

I had same problem when selling my car (this and the Nigerian scammers). someone thought they were adding the item to their watch list even though it clearly asks you at least twice if you are sure you want to BUY the item! Ebay are still trying to get me to pay the initial listing fee! not a chance.

Had it with selling stuff. only buy on there now.
