    Don’t want to pay Sealskinz prices so will ski socks do the trick ? Got a pair of Lidl ones getting a bit old now though . So what calf length bargains are out there ?

    Aldi ones in the sale a week or two ago, £12, brilliant IMHO. Nothing to compare them too but good length and keep your feet toasty and dry.
