These come in three sizes, of which 143 is for medium arses I think. I have a tiny and pert, so barely used.

Makes you look an idiot. Very warm. Buy this if you have no shame and cold ears.
Syntace VRO bar/stem combo - £20
Stem clamps with 2 bolts which allow reach and height adjustment. Decent condition, little use by me but getting on a bit now.
SixSixOne knee/shin pads - £10
Marked "Adult LGL".Fairly light, can be put on without taking your shoes off. Clean and pleasant. Velcro/elastic still good.
