    I seem to recall this was possible when it first came out but looking at descriptions now it only mentions running from your car cigarette lighter. Has this changed? If so, can any of the current washers run from the mains?

    (no hose pipe at home, and yes a bucket is easier but it's Xmas and a perfect present!)

    You could use a transformer to use it through the mains.
