Homemade beef and mushroom curry on the go. Not sure how much GT85, stans and grit is in there, been doing bike maintenance at the same time 🙂

Well I was hoping to have a nice pub pie in a pub post Bogtrotters ride but seeing as that went to pot just raided the fridge and had a salad, oat cakes and an apple.

Steak and asparagus stir fry … mmmmm, food miles.

A brace of partridge with roast potatos, gravy & veg, washed down with ale & cava for me and the missus. Sainsburys organic beefburgers for the kids. Homemade baked cheesecake and icecream for pudding. It's my birthday so we're pigging out.

a friend bought me some pies into work yesterday morning.

layered, pork, black pudding, slices of bacon, topped with tomato sausage.
i ate two with some daddies sauce.
