    Add 32, multiply by 9/5 😉

    Edit: whoops wrong way around.

    You want to subtract 32 then multiply by 5/9.

    Celcius is used in America – I presume you mean Centrigrade:

    Farenheight=-1
    Centigrade=-18.8
    Celcius(centigrade)=-18.3

    Edit: Oh dear now I am the one who is old after googling 🙁
