Merry Christmas and all that.

This year, Santa (other christmas celebrities are available) brought me a turbo trainer, which was awfully nice of him.

As we live in an apartment, I am trying to reduce the volume of said trainer. Its not horrifically bad but the neighbours like us and I’d like it to stay that way. I’m finding a lot of rubber mats online which claim noise reduction and wondering if any of you have any experience of how much difference these make?

I’m not expecting miracles from a mat but I need to know that the money these cost (and it seems to be quite a lot) will make a difference.

Any advice would be much appreciated
