I have a couple of questions….the new rules that have been introduced by the RFU and Surrey Rugby for tournaments ie no keeping score, no winner and enforced mixed ability and if the game is too one sided they will change the sides at half time.

1) Is this a trial? or is it the new rules being gradually introduced?
2) Is it tournaments only or to be introduced in all fixtures?
3) anyone have the actual wording?
