i have fitted the crsnks to a 68mm shell 1 non side 2 drive side spacers
and their seems to be at least 10 mm play side to side , i have adjusted the preload to take the slack but comes to the end of threads before it loads everything up
i tighted the allen bolt with a small allen key and can still see about 5 mm of splines
will this crank arm pull in more when more pressure is used with allen key dont want to over tighten the bolt for fear of stripping the threads

sounds like they’ve been miss labled and you’ve been supplied with 83 mm BB measure the distance from the preload (wound to the minimum position) and call your supplier or the very nice folks at middleburn

I’m surprised that you may have recieved something thats miss labeled Middleburn are v good at customer service..

I’d give active sports a call as well as they’re the retailer and if you’ve been supplied with the wrong length any replacement should come via them

Middleburn is a small company so you probably won’t get an instant response
