The Malt 1 looks like a bargain and it's a good bike too. I'm 5'10" and ride a 17.5" (2004) frame. I'd imagine the 19" frame would be ok for you but I'd email Merlin and check.

yes 19" perfect for your mate I'm 6ft 2" and fitted me fine.

im 6ft and my 19inch malt 1 fits me fine

I had a Malt 1 a few years ago and it came up quite big, so I suspect it would be Ok for him – it certainly won't be so small that a bit of stem and saddle/seatpost adjustement couldn't put right.

The malt1 and malt2 bikes are really good value and seem to get pretty good reviews…
