This is cheap meat farmed in China. I only buy my meat from the Tescos Finest range, so I know it’s good quality UK stuff.

I have been to meat processing facilities (my Dad is a vet and used to have a contract fro meat inspection in a few local places), what happens there, legally, in the UK, makes your hair curl.

I think the best thing to do if you’re a meat eater is pretend it’s not from and animal and it was never alive in the first place.

once my chosen meat dish has been cooked to 165 degrees f, I don’t give a dam where it is from.
