    People, has anyone out there done the mega on 140mm fox32 ctd forks?? If so where they up for challenge and would decend mode help.

    You’ll be fine, good brakes and dropper post are more important.
    I’ve used 130mm 10 year old bombers before and not died, although I’m sure someone will be along shortly to Say they did it on a raliegh grifter blindfolded.

    ive done it on 120mm 32s, youll be fine

    dual ply tyres, good brakes, dropper is handy,

    and based on last years, full bog snorkelling kit!

    There is up and down so all modes may help. Personally they wouldn’t be my choice but then again I had a choice of 3 35/36mm forks in the garage.

    It really depends on how you ride, how you want to ride and how you handle the bike.

    The last time I was there I saw someone doing really well on a 130mm bike with 140/160mm rotors and light weight wheels.

    Great,i’m still going thru it but now need to upload a medical certificate which i need to get asap.Did you encounter any difficulties yourself?
