I was knocked off my bike about 7 weeks ago. 10 days later my knee, which had a deep cut but seemed to be healing well, got infected resulting in 5 days in hospital on IV antibiotics. I’ve been out for 4 1/2 weeks now and yesterday went for my first “proper” ride, a couple of small climbs and some non-gnarly descending, about an hour in total. This morning my knee is slightly stiff and hot, but not painful. Should I MTFU and carry on riding or rest it. I’ll make a GP appointment but doubt it’ll be this week as it’s very much non-urgent
