    So. Just put some smoked bacon into the oven for an evening snack of a bacon buttie with iceberg lettuce. But…

    …I’m really tempted to have a sliver or two raw, as a pre-butty snack.

    Has anyone ever tried this? Was it tasty? Did they die?
