No, really!
Wifey got me some of the Civet excrement coffee as an xmas gift, and I’ve just had a couple of shots of the stuff (probably about £6 worth….)

Not sure if it’s psychological (given the cost) but it does make a nice smooth espresso! Seems a lot less oily than my usual beans so doesn’t have a thick a crema (Happy Donkey selection)…though it is 40 times the price :-/

Don’t think I’ll make a morning habit of it, but a fun little drink non the less!!

Does it keep well for that long?

It kept well, some say it’s worth freezing coffee.I wasn’t brave enough to try with this stuff.

I still have a bit left and it’s as tasty as it was back in the summer. 🙂
