Got the 44 micro ti 2011. Lovely and plush, I want it to be my forever fork! But two rides in and it’s got a really loud clunk going on. Doing the static, bounce it up and down test, there’s some play at the top.
Spoke to windwave, warranty no prob, but just wondered if I’m missing something? 80kg kitted and running about 80psi, although I think it may need a bit more.
Wish Mazocchi could put out a decent user manual!

I weigh about the same and run 45psi in mine.

Not sure that would affect a top out clunk as there should be a bumper to stop it.

Have you got the “old style” 2010 44’s. Think they changed the air pressure (nearly doubled it).

Put a few mm more oil in them, usually sorts it.
