quincy - nothin' fancy. Come for a slightly west London dirty ride. Oh, + beer afterwards TBH ride what you want (6"+ might be a bit big)

I understand I just don't get it 15 or so miles west to east 25 mile ride round Epping ride back again equals a good day out, well about six hours ;0)

Actually its more like 30 miles to Epping.
