Last weekend I found my Maverick SC32’s were not performing to their usual standard, they seemed quite soft.

They are recently serviced/set up so hopefully it was down to the weather being sub-zero but I don’t know so thought I’d consult the knowledge of singletrackworld.

Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated?

    Cheers

I went out on my DUC32s last night at -6C & they felt no different to higher temperatures.

Air contracts when the temperature drops.

Check the air spring pressure, you might find in the current sub zero conditions the pressure is lower than when you set it.

Had to put more air in my Pikes and Fox shock over NY in Wales, so I’d not be surprised.
