after the nightmare ride around ‘Degla this evening, i need to shout some huge thank-yous around.

firstly to simon & the guys for putting up with my shocking fitness, slowness and waiting about for me. Also, cheers Simon for not driving off and leaving me there – the lift home was hugely appreciated.

to Darren and his two companions for sticking with me after the off that knackered my shoulder…for pushing the bike around when I struggled and riding on to let my others know where I was!
