when I sent these to TFT last year, they offered me more travel, which I accepted, but now I've fitted the forks to my hardtail and the front end is too high. After looking at the exploded diagram, I removed a 20mm spacer from each leg, but now the legs just kinda flop down when I lift the front end off the ground, so there must be something else I need to do to restore the original travel. Does anyone know ?

You need to remove the foot nuts on the bottom of the fork and pull the forks apart. From what I remember, the 20mm spacers need to go underneath the little rebound springs on the bottom of the catridges.

To remove the foot nuts you need a 12mm socket with thin walls to fit in the recess. I filed down a socket to fit.

    Hope this helps
